Vanguard Women's Foundation organizes and sponsors Mentor Workshops that foster new relationships with other women who have overcome the barriers, and achieved success in their professions. These workshops will also empower women by demystifying their journey and helping them establish a network in their field. The organization seeks out women who have demonstrated potential and have a need for professional contacts and/or mentoring in their chosen area of pursuit.

The professions that Vanguard Women’s Foundation will address are the performing arts, literature, visual arts, and law. We are actively enlisting successful women who have the time and inclination to assist other women toward self-actualization. Mentor Workshops foster new relationships with other women who have overcome the barriers, and achieved success in their professions and lives.
