Hello Mentors:
The
points listed below are simply for your assistance. You
may choose to use any part or none of the following. We have
no specific structure for our workshops or your participation
therein. Some women prefer to grab a microphone and go out
into the audience and shoot from the hip. Others have formal
presentations prepared. There is no wrong way to be a mentor.
The fact that we have chosen you to be a Vanguard Women's
Foundation Mentor ensures that you have our trust that your
contribution in whatever form you choose will be of benefit
to the women in our workshops.
We encourage you
to spend some one on one time with the workshop participants.
We believe that many times personal contact with successful
women helps them to realize that their dreams are more possible
than they may now imagine. We have found also that the growth
can be a two way street. Thanks and good luck!
